Toni Garrido has been a regular presence on Spanish radio and television as an anchor of the Cadena SER's weekend Gran Via and TeleMadrid's Alcalá Club and as a host of the popular groudbreaking satirical TV program Caiga quien caiga.
María Fernanda Lencina
Argentinian journalist and broadcaster, María Fernanda Lencina, worked in
her native Buenos Aires for four years before being sent to Madrid as news
coordinator in Europe for Unión Radio. She is now also Deputy Editor and
co-presenter of Ser Latino, a weekly radio program broadcast on Cadena SER covering Latin American news and current affairs.
Frank Smith
Frank Smith, senior producer with BBC Radio in London for nearly 20 years, moved to Madrid in 1992, as BBC correspondent in Spain, from where he has also written for The Times and The Observer. He is now the head of Modern Languages at San Pablo CEU University in Madrid.
Jonathan Holland
Jonathan Holland has lived in Madrid since 1990. A university lecturer in language and a film reviewer for Variety in the U.S., he has also published a novel, The Escape Artist, as we as a travel guide to Spain and many articles about aspects of Spanish life.
Severino Donate
Severino has worked in the Madrid studios of the SER Radio Network as a reporter, script-writer, and occasional host for a variety of radio programs. He is currently an editor at the SER's main network news desk.
Carmen Brauning
Born in Valdivia, Chile, Carmen studied at Universidad Austral in Chile and Hull University where she gained an MA in Philosophy in Modern Spanish Poetry in 1979. Since 1982 she has worked at Bristol University where she is now a senior lecturer in Hispanic studies and head of the Spanish language-laboratory program.

Isabel Moreno, originally from Seville, is a literature teacher specializing in the Spanish Golden Age. Here work has been published in several academic journals.

As I have always lived in the US, I commonly use just my father's last name (Lopez), but have always identified myself to Spanish speakers..."
